Finally did an Olympic Distance Triathlon in Singapore! 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike then 10 km run.
Took 3hr 45 min. Still sub 4!! This will be the last triathlon using my faithful Trek!! Bought a new bike (see next post) and still getting used to it.
