Selection camp finally over, and I had a hard time selecting the new batch of mediatech, given that 30 odd (out of a possible 80+ campers) who attended. Of course, I have my pre-selected list, but its un-professional to reveal who was in it.
Narrowed down to 15 and went to work checking all of them out:
1. NAPFA (must have passed)
2. SA1 results (maintain target or better. If lower, not more than 10% drop, salvagable)
3. Class attitude (class file, lateness, MORF, etc)
4. Interviews (must have cleared both)
Selected my final 10 after some gut-wrenching decision time. Here I would like to say to all Mediatech 2009 that ALL 10 of you have met my rigorous criteria, and I would like you to remember that you are now in an elite unit of the SL. Please behave in a manner befitting as a member of an elite unit. Will pos their names after I have confirmed them.
