I am very thankful to my Principal for releasing me to take on the role of "Chief Race Officer" for the Regatta. Here are some photos of the regatta.

New Year 2008

Hi all,

I mentioned my blog will not be constantly updated, but I did'nt it will not be THAT outdated. Please forgive me...

Will try to be more updated...

Anyway, to round up 2007, here are the events I participated in:

1. Powerman Malaysia: Run 11km, Cycle 64km then run again 10km.
2. Standard Chartered Marathon (did 1/2 only, ie 21km)

Also, I have signed up to "Learn to Swim" and my coach is a triathlete. I am learning to swim frontcrawl more efficiently so to be able to participate in 2008's AVIVA 1/2 Ironman.

In about 5 lessons, I am able to swim about 15 to 20 laps!! An achievement considering that I was only able to do the breaststroke before!
